Ingredients

  • 1 large package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 1 cup ritz crackers or Cheez-it's crushed

Instructions

  1. Cook vegetables according to package directions, until just tender

  2. Drain vegetables and mix with cheese, mayo, celery, and onion

  3. Put into greased casserole dish

  4. Melt margarine and mix in crackers or Cheez-it's

  5. Put cracker crumb mixture on top

  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
