Bacon and Bell Pepper Quiche

Bacon and Bell Pepper quiche is the perfect recipe for breakfast or dinner. Packed with cheese, bacon and bell peppers it is full of delicious flavor.

  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bell peppers chopped
  • 3/4 cup bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup half-n-half
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 325 and place the pie shell into a pie pan

  2. Chop up the bell peppers and cook the bacon and crumble it

  3. Place the crumbled bacon, bell peppers and cheese in the bottom of the pie pan

  4. Combine eggs, cream, salt and pepper in a medium bowl and beat until smooth

  5. Pour egg mixture into pie dish 

  6. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until firm
