Chocolate Peanut Butter Muffins

Whip up a new family favorite with these Chocolate Peanut Butter Muffins. A delicious chocolate muffin filled in the center with creamy peanut butter.

  • 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Peanut Butter 1/2 Tablespoon per muffin


  1. Preheat your oven to 375 and line a muffin pan with liners or spray with cooking spray

  2. In a large bowl mix together the dry ingredients and then add the wet ingredients and mix together

  3. Fold in the chocolate chips

  4. Spoon batter into muffin pans, about 2/3's full

  5. Spoon 1/2 TBSP of peanut butter into each muffin and press down

  6. Bake at 375 for 12-14 minutes or until a fork comes out clean

  7. Let cool before removing from muffin tin then serve and enjoy!
