Weekend Wrap-Up

This weekend was a good one! An extra long one for me since I had today off work and I have been crafting all afternoon so I have some great projects to share with you all this week! Tyler is working on one of them right now, such a great husband!

Friday night was a general relaxing night, early to bed and sleep after a long week. Saturday we got up and were so productive. Tyler cut the grass, I planted flowers, Tyler trimmed the bushes and began the process of ridding us of a tree in our front yard that is a complete eye sore.

Saturday afternoon we had to drop Dolly off for her boarding overnight trial run and I was so nervous about it. We took her up to the pet resort and she did wonderful at the drop off but looked a little sad when we had to leave her. But she gets 3 walks a day and a play time before bed so I was sure she would have fun.

Saturday night we went to a theatre that Tyler built and had a new movie experience. At this theatre you order dinner when you sit down or soon there after and you eat your dinner and dessert while watching the movie. It was such a fun experience. They had delicious burgers and chocolate chip cookies.

Sunday we went to church and then got to go pick up Miss Dolly! She was so excited to see us and got a wonderful report from her visit. We were so pleased and feel much better about leaving her for a longer visit when we go on vacation. Sunday was a lazy day finished up with Swiss Cheese Chicken and Pineapple Casserole, yum!

I hope you all enjoyed your weekend. I can’t wait to get these projects done and up for you all to see. I am pretty excited about them.
