Simple Snowflake Wreath

Christmas is now behind us and Valentines is still two months away so I was trying to decide what kind of wreath to put on my door. I decided to create a winter wreath and settled on a Simple Snowflake Wreath. I was able to use some snowflakes I had not used in my Christmas crafting and purchased a few other supplies at Joann’s and I was ready to craft!

Simple Snowflake Wreath- Love, Pasta and a Tool Belt | wreath | DIY | crafts | Frozen | snowflakes |

Supplies:
-White foam wreath (mine was 18 inches)
– Blue ribbon
– Blue bead strand
– Snowflakes
-Hot glue
-Wire cutters

Directions:
1. I began by wrapping the ribbon around the wreath. I quickly realized that 2 spools of ribbon wasn’t going to cover the whole wreath so I opted to create a blue and white wreath using the white of the foam wreath. So I wrapped two sections in blue ribbon and left two white.

2. Next I took my strand of blue beads and wrapped it around the wreath.

3. Using wire cutters I cut the snowflakes off of their wire stems.

4. I then placed the snowflakes and hot glued them to the wreath.

I love how this wreath turned out. It was pretty simple (especially once I found the wire cutters) and turned out beautifully. It looks great on my front door and will stay there until it’s time to create a Valentines Wreath. Hmm time to start brainstorming.

Do you have a wreath on your door right now? I’d love to see it! Do you create your own wreaths or buy them? Be sure to check out some of my other wreaths below!

Beautiful wreath! I’ve been looking for something to hang on my door that isn’t necessarily Christmasy! This would be nice for the inbetween Christmas and Valentine’s day!

Stopping buy from Think Pink Sundays!
