We grill out for dinner a lot, and I do mean a lot. At least three times a week usually. A few favorites are hamburgers, chicken tenderloins and pork chops. However, today I’m not talking about dinner ideas, rather sharing a delicious and easy dessert that you do on the grill. One thing I love about cooking on the grill is the lack of clean up! So today I have to share with you Easy Desserts with Sara Lee Pound Cake. I love pound cake so anything that involves it makes me a happy girl!

This was our first time grilling a dessert and it was a success! The grilling really added a great taste to the pound cake and the fruit added that extra special touch to it. When we tasted it Tyler said it tasted like s’mores. So we can call this a new twist on s’mores.

I decided to make a homemade whipped cream to go with this dessert and it was so yummy and incredibly simple. You just have to be careful to not over beat it or it will go from thickening back to thin. Top the dessert with the whipped cream and chocolate syrup and serve it hot off the grill for a crowd pleasing dessert!
