Every afternoon I start dragging and I always want a delicious snack. The problem is, we don’t keep a lot of snack food around our house. Having been a nanny, I know that will change when we have kids because kids always come home from school hungry. I remember going through option after option trying to pick a snack after school somedays. Now you can have a yummy snack ready for the kids with this Easy Snack Recipe with Reese’s Spreads.
I had never tried this Reese’s spreads before and the chocolate peanut butter mixture did not disappoint. Oh my gosh, it’s so good. I was trying to decide what would pair perfectly with it. I love putting peanut butter on waffles so I decided that putting the Reese’s spreads would be perfect with mini waffles and bananas and what a combination it was! I headed out to Wal Mart to pick some Reese’s spreads and the other ingredients I needed for this easy snack recipe!
Ingredients
- Reese's spreads
- Mini waffles
- Bananas
Instructions
- Toast waffles to desired crispness
- Spread 1 tablespoon of Reese's spreads on each mini waffle
- Slice bananas and place one slice on each mini waffle
I love how delicious these turned out. The Reese’s spreads and bananas was the best combination; and the waffles made the perfect base for this simple snack. Tyler always comes home after work ready for a snack. I love that this is so easy to make and you can make as many or as little as you need.
If you haven’t tried the Reese’s Spreads yet and you want to you can check out the in store demo’s that will be happening the weekend of November 13th-16th. There will be a demo and you get to sample the Reese’s spreads paired with apples, that sounds delicious!
Have you tried the Reese’s spreads yet? What have you paired it with?

I didn’t even know Reese’s made a spread! I’m going to have to look for some now. I bet it would be good on top of graham crackers. Or in place of a chocolate bar when making S’mores.
