Breakfast for dinner is a staple in our house but sometimes it can get a little too sugary. Today I’ve got a better-for-you alternative with this Granola Yogurt Waffle.

Granola Yogurt Waffle is a delicious twist on your classic waffle- Love, Pasta and a Tool Belt #LoveMyCereal #QuakerUp #spon | breakfast | waffles | recipes | granola |

Earlier this week I had zero interest in the dinners we had planned for the week. I was so hungry yet none of my chicken or ground beef meals sounded at all good to me. My husband was kind enough to appease me and allow me to change the dinner plans to one of our favorites, breakfast for dinner. Whether it’s omelets, french toast or waffles we love making breakfast for dinner. It’s kind of a family tradition to do it at least once a week. Today I wanted to share with you a delicious waffle creation using some yummy Quaker® Simply Granola that I was so excited to try out.

I headed out to Wal Mart the other day to pick up the ingredients for this Granola Yogurt Waffle. I picked up some of the Quaker® Simply Granola to use for this waffle creation and chose the oats, honey and almond granola.

I love being able to make these waffles and add a better topping than just syrup to them. It’s a great way to mix up your typical breakfast for dinner food and enjoy trying out some new toppings.
