Why did you start blogging and why do you blog?
I originally started my blog as a way to share my home improvement projects with my family and friends back home in Ireland. It was also a creative outlet for me…and a way to keep me busy and out of my husband’s hair!

My closet makeover & conversion to french doors. It was the first ever post to go viral so I’m proud of it
My second favorite post is a family recipe for a Victoria Sponge Cake. I love how the photography turned out
What is your favorite food?
Anything that involves cheese! My Dad calls me “Cheesehead” for this very reason!
What is your dream vacation?
Relaxing on a tropical beach somewhere with a fruity cocktail and a good book!
