We’re picking our brackets this week for the tournament time and I am excited! What I’m even more excited about is all of the delicious food we get to cook up for game day! Lately I have been on a huge Mexican food kick. Cheese dip, quesadillas, enchiladas, fajitas, you name it, I want it! So I was so excited to try out these taquitos and tamales from Delimex and create a yummy Toppings Bar because quite honestly, the toppings are the best part.

I headed out to Wal Mart to pick up my Delimex Taquitos and Tamales and everything I needed for the toppings bar. Right now at Wal Mart you can save $1 off on any TWO (2) Delimex® Frozen Taquitos at Wal Mart!

For the toppings bar I decided to do sour cream, a Mexican cheese blend, salsa and homemade guacamole. These are four things that I think are pretty essential to Mexican food. In my opinion anything is made even better with sour cream and cheese, am I right? I’ve even got a recipe for you for the homemade guacamole to add to your toppings bar!

It’s not a party without guacamole and Delimex! Your recipe looks great. I typically make mine with lemon juice, but I think I’ll try lime next time. #client
