Add some sweetness to your morning with this Chocolate Strawberry Parfait with Liberté® Méditerranée®
Spring is here, can you feel it? Over here, the saying April showers bring May flowers is completely accurate so far. We’ve had rain almost every day with a little sunshine sprinkled in here and there. Hopefully May flowers will be coming along soon, and less showers. With the warm weather I am always inspired to create recipes that involve more fruit. Today I decided to share with you this delicious Chocolate Strawberry Parfait with Liberté® Méditerranée®. It makes the perfect on the go breakfast!
I wanted to try out the Liberte yogurt so I headed to Publix to pick some up as long as the other ingredients I needed for my parfait. I was pondering what exactly to make and when I found chocolate granola I knew what I was going to make. I picked up some of the French Vanilla Liberte yogurt along with strawberries and the chocolate granola for a delicious combination.
- Liberté® Méditerranée® French Vanilla
- 6-8 strawberries
- Chocolate granola
- Chop strawberries
- Place a few spoons of Liberté® Méditerranée® French Vanilla into the bottom of a dish
- Layer in some strawberries
- Add in some more yogurt
- Top with chocolate granola
- Add additional strawberries if desired
