Today we’re talking Sensitivity Relief with Colgate and sharing a Warm Weather Treat!

Raise your hand if you have sensitive teeth? You can’t see me but my hand is raised right now. I do not enjoy having sensitive teeth and sometimes it can really stink during the summer. When summer rolls around and it’s 100+ degrees outside I don’t know about you but I want ice cream, popsicles, milkshakes and more to cool off. That’s a little hard to do when your teeth are so sensitive to cold.

I’m always on the lookout for something that will help me enjoy my warm weather treats better so when I heard about the Colgate Sensitive Toothbrush and Sensitivity Pen I knew I had to try it out. While I was out buying ingredients for my Mixed Berry Smoothie Popsicles I also picked one of the Colgate Sensitive Toothbrush and Sensitivity Pens to try out.

You have to use the sensitivity pen for three days before you can see an improvement so I set about to using it before I made my Mixed Berry Smoothie Popsicles. It’s so simple to use and provides sensitivity relief 24/7 with continued use. I love how easy it is to remember to use it since it can be stored inside of the sensitive toothbrush.

Since I had the Colgate product I decided to make these Mixed Berry Smoothie Popsicles for my warm weather treat. I love smoothie popsicles because they are so easy to make!

These Mixed Berry Smoothie Popsicles were so delicious and a great way to enjoy your fruit and veggies (if you want). I always love to throw some spinach in because you can’t taste it (in my opinion) and it adds a little extra healthy to it.

My teeth are horribly sensitive and I use a toothpaste that is made just for that which helps a lot. I love the idea of the pen though and the fact that it’s so easy to use!

During the summer I’m all about fruit and fruity popsicles! Strawberry is usually my go-to. 🙂

I’m glad we can still be friends despite my lack of love for fruit haha! I do however love fruit in smoothies, popsicles, etc! That’s my go to for getting my fruit in!
