Give the kids a great after school snack with this Cheerios Trail Mix!

Cheerios Trail Mix makes the perfect afternoon or after school snack for you or the kids!- Love, Pasta and a Tool Belt #CheeriosFunFlavors #ad

Growing up, anytime we went on road trips or just needed an easy snack my mom would always make this Cheerios Trail Mix. I always thought trail mix was made with cheerios until I got older and realized most people didn’t make it this way. But we did and it’s so delicious. I can usually be seen picking out the cheerios and m&m’s because something about the combo of those two is so good.

My mom always made this Cheerios Trail Mix with regular Cheerios but I decided to mix it up a bit and try a new flavor so I picked up not only the regular Cheerios but also the Frosted Cheerios at Publix. I loved the idea of adding the Frosted Cheerios because I’m always up for a little bit more sweetness.

The Pumpkin Cheerios Bread recipe looks great and is a nice rendition to standard banana bread.

My mom always made trail mix with cheerios too! Glad other people did too!

On our roadtrip Miles and I had a lot of cheerio trail mix with dark chocolate chips! We quickly realized that chocolate chips melt a lot faster than M&M’s so you have to be careful of that but it was a good snack when we didn’t want something too sweet!
